ESM AD Gains New Mentors for Practical Training

01/10/2025

With the aim of improving the quality of practical training and strengthening the role of mentors as a key link in the training process, the Economic Chamber organized a training program for company-based practical training mentors.

Employees from several branches and sectors of the energy company ESM AD took part in the training. The company actively contributes to the creation of skilled labor by providing practical training for students from secondary vocational schools.

Through interactive sessions, participants gained knowledge and skills related to:

-       The role and responsibilities of the mentor,

-       Methods for working with students,

-       Ensuring a safe and supportive work environment,

-       Techniques for giving feedback and monitoring student progress.

The program was successfully completed by 20 newly certified mentors, who will contribute to the smoother integration of young people into the workplace and strengthen the link between education and the business sector.

To date, around 1,000 mentors have been certified through the Chamber. With their expertise, they enable high-quality practical education and easier inclusion of young people in the business world.
