The President of the Economic Chamber, Branko Azeski, held a working meeting with the President of Association of the Units of Local Self-government (ZELS) and Mayor of Kisela Voda, Orce Gjorgjievski, at the municipality’s premises. The discussion covered several key topics relevant to businesses and municipalities, including business challenges, decentralization, and municipal investment activities. The main interest of the largest and most influential business organization is to ensure that investment activity extends across the entire country, facilitating higher GDP growth and contributing to the continuous economic expansion. This, in turn, will improve the standard of living for citizens and support the development of companies.

The Economic Chamber will support all government initiatives aimed at achieving growth above 4%, strengthening the rule of law, and ensuring adherence to market economy principles.

During the discussions, Mayor Gjorgjievski informed President Azeski about the municipality’s activities in this regard. Additionally, opinions were exchanged on the implementation of policies that will help achieve this critical goal—removing obstacles to business growth, creating a favorable business climate, and developing solutions that support added value-creating businesses, promote environmental sustainability, and generate new jobs.
