The show opened several topics and answered many questions of great interest to citizens, related to the management of residential buildings, the methods of managing and maintaining facilities, the rights and obligations of building managers and residents, as well as the ongoing maintenance of the common areas in residential buildings.
“One of the biggest problems in residential buildings is the elevators. It is estimated that all the installed elevators are around 30 years old. This means that these elevators will need to be replaced in the meantime in accordance with the new regulations, which require two-way braking systems, emergency signaling, and compliance with existing standards. We know that elevators are always the most critical component, and just like vehicles, they must be regularly serviced, they must undergo annual technical inspections, and so on,” Samarakov emphasized in part of the interview.
