Today, the Economic Chamber was visited by a delegation from MEDEF International – the French Business Confederation, which represents the French private sector abroad, encompassing 170,000 French companies and over 10 million employees. The delegation was led by Christophe Petit, President of the France–North Macedonia Business Council within MEDEF International, who is also Executive Vice-President of Bouygues Bâtiment, and was accompanied by the French Ambassador, H.E. Mr. Christophe Le Rigoleur.
The French delegation met with the President of the Economic Chamber of North Macedonia, Branko Azeski, as well as representatives of the Business Club for Cooperation with France and Francophone Countries within the Chamber, with the aim of gathering information on key projects promoted by the Macedonian Government in several strategic sectors, as well as opportunities for economic cooperation.

The meeting concluded that French companies possess a wide range of expertise in several of these strategic sectors and have an interest in investment and cooperation in concrete projects. In this regard, the Business Club for Cooperation with France within the Economic Chamber will continue to serve as a partner and support mechanism for the implementation of their activities and projects in Macedonia.
