Enhancing the knowledge and skills of employees represents one of the most valuable investments a company can make. Modern business challenges require teams that are ready to learn, grow, and deliver innovative solutions.

With this in mind, the Council for Promotion of Education and Training Quality, in cooperation with the Business Center for Training and Education, and at the request of the confectionery company NIX – Luthman Backlund Foods Production DOO Bitola, producer of healthy bars and other confectionery products under the NIX brand, organized the training program “Skills for Developing Middle Management.”

The training was designed for employees at the middle-management level and focused on developing the key managerial competencies necessary for accurately interpreting and effectively applying strategies adopted by top management in day-to-day operations.

Through three modules and interactive sessions, participants acquired practical knowledge and tools enabling them to successfully:

·       Implement company strategy, rules, and procedures within the processes or departments they are responsible for.

·       Monitor and improve employee performance through proper task allocation and oversight of execution.

·       Inspire and motivate employees to achieve the best results and foster a positive workplace culture.

·       Propose new initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency.

·       Plan, allocate, and optimally use resources.

·       Report promptly and accurately to superiors about potential challenges.

·       Keep accurate records and administer completed activities.

With this training, members of middle management strengthened their leadership role, increased their efficiency in daily operations, improved team productivity, and contributed to achieving the company’s strategic goals—creating added value for both clients and partners.
